The Social Media Networking portal of IET Bhaddal was launched in mid 2007 under the banner of ietBugs.com This was a dream come true for all of us “IETians”. We always wanted to have a platform where our thoughts can meet desires, and our desires can meet the efforts and our efforts gets the right direction.
We wanted a system so well managed, and planned that can inspire us and our juniors. Something dynamic, elegant and inspirational. The concept behind the portal was purely what we know “Social Media Networking” Today.
The institute has produced hundreds of engineers and professionals who are working in different multi national companies all around the globe. Some of these students came forward and contributed in the development of this portal. Yours truly, is still managing and administering the website as a volunteer, and I am trying to convince the management of IET, Bhaddal to declare ietBugs as an Official Social Media Networking Portal. The portal is doing good, recently we crossed 100000 visits since August 2007. ietBugs is an outcome of many selfless back bencher’s contribution.

What we need to do is learn to work in the system, by which I mean that everybody, every team, every platform, every division, every component is there not for individual competitive profit or recognition, but for contribution to the system as a whole on a win-win basis.

Abhishek, Thanks for your reply. Today the domain ietBugs.com will expire and i have already deleted the database from the base server. I think now it’s too late for that. But if you think you can take it further and maintain the portal then I can try to restore the portal. Give me a call if you are interested.
Pl tell me the fee structure of the management seats semester wise related to Electronics & Communication Engineering. my son is very much desirous to take admission in the said trade. He obtained 02 martks in AIEEE, 2010.
